Butterfield Gold MasterCard – Lost and stolen information 

This is particularly important with your PIN.  After you have memorised your PIN you should destroy the notification immediately and in no circumstances should you keep a note of it with your Card.  In the event that the Card and PIN are lost or stolen together you may be liable for any subsequent  transactions.In the unfortunate event of your Card being lost or stolen or if you suspect the Card may have been copied and used fraudulently you should notify the Bank immediately on 020 7776  6801.  Alternatively you can notify MasterCard directly on 00 1 636 722 7111.
