Unlike some online services, Butterfield Online is available to both individuals and companies/institutions. For companies and institutions the system has been designed to enable the set up of users quickly and easily.

How to apply
- Complete and post the appropriate Butterfield Online application forms (linked from the end of this page) to us stating which of your accounts you wish to activate
- We will then post the Unique User ID and Password to you separately
- Once these have been received, please call the Bank on 020 7776 6799 to be unlocked. Once unlocked, log on and change your Password
- You will now be able to access your accounts online
Please note that an account must have been opened with us before an online service application can be processed and granted.
